Cancellation Policy
Online Session Policy: - All online sessions are held via Zoom or WhatsApp video. Except Text & Reflect via WhatsApp chat. - Available Monday to Friday, with limited evening/weekend slots available on request. - Sessions are non-refundable. - You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance via the booking system. - Any changes on the day must be requested by contacting me directly. - Cancellations or rescheduling within 2 hours of your session will be considered a lost session. - If you're running late, I’ll do my best to accommodate your full session time, however if there are other bookings, the session will need to end at the scheduled time.
